Description

Students are required to have a working web camera, microphone, and audio speakers. Access to internet and the ability to use conference calling software. Course materials may include learning resources such as books, e-books, online modules, videos, audio, study guides, web-based tutorials and stimulations made available to Region XII students. Details about learning resources for a course and assessments are available in each course's introduction. If you have technical difficulties with a resource, you may email academic advisor

1. Academic Integrity

The Region XII Theological Seminary and Bible College is committed to academic integrity. Students are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic honesty and integrity in all aspects of their academic work.

Academic dishonesty, including but not limited to cheating, plagiarism, and falsification of information, will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the Seminary. 

Students are responsible for understanding and adhering to the Seminary's policies on academic integrity. If you have any questions or concerns about academic integrity, please contact the Dean of Students.

2. Attendance Policy

Students learn at their own pace and are not required to attend classes in person. However, students are expected to participate actively in all course activities, including online discussions, group projects, and other collaborative activities. Students are responsible for keeping up with course materials, completing assignments on time, and participating in all required activities. If you have any questions or concerns about the attendance policy, please contact the Dean of Students.

3. Grading Policy

The Region XII Theological Seminary and Bible College uses a standard grading system to evaluate student performance. The grading scale is as follows:

  • A: 90-100%
  • B: 80-89%
  • C: 70-79%
  • D: 60-69%
  • F: Below 60%
  • I: Incomplete
  • W: Withdrawal

4. Student conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the Seminary.
